Therapy + Assessment

  • Facilitated >5,000 sessions of individual psychotherapy and >300 groups
  • Facilitated >40 sessions of biofeedback for workers suffering from trauma-related occupational injuries
  • Conducted >30 psychological evaluations for adults reporting trauma-related occupational injuries, including injuries precipitated by high-profile workplace violence and hostage-taking events

Consultation, Research + Program Development

  • Consulted with >500 professionals working in law enforcement, social welfare and the fields of medicine, law and education
  • Evaluated the impact of two cognitive behavior therapy programs on recidivism among participants in Contra Costa County’s Youthful Offender Treatment Program (YOTP)
  • Developed crisis interventions and led crisis response teams
  • Created an institution-wide sleep protocol for youth in custody at John A. Davis Juvenile Hall
