Why Frontline Psychological Services & Wellness?

Dr. Christine Gerchow has spent more than a decade serving in positions such as corrections and workers’ compensation psychologist, teacher, high school counselor, UC Berkeley lecturer and UCLA online instructor. After working with hundreds of educators, first responders, correctional officers, social workers, nurses, attorneys, and other frontline public employees, Dr. Gerchow recognized the need for trauma-informed and trauma-responsive programming. She created Frontline Psychological Services & Wellness to provide America’s frontline public servants with cutting-edge training, consultation and wellness services to guide them to healthier lives, both on and off the job.
