It’s no surprise, then, that the transit industry loses over a billion dollars a year to unscheduled absenteeism, often related to psychiatric injury.

Proposed legislation aims to erect protective barriers on public buses, but far more can be done to safeguard the health and well-being of these professionals.

Frontline Psychological Services & Wellness provides specialized programming to support the physical and emotional health of transit professionals.

Trainings

Smaller text: Trainings are designed to foster safety, mastery and empowerment. Our goal is to facilitate practical and learner-focused trainings that (a) inspire and motivate, (b) celebrate individual and group achievements, (c) increase learners’ knowledge about the subject matter and (d) reinforce workplace values and principles. We are guided by the belief that learners learn best when they talk, think, move, create, play and act.
